Shipping Times:

• Western U.S. (West Coast, NW, SW): 1-3 business days
• Mid-West: 3-5 business days
• East Coast (includes NE, SE): 4-7 business days

Shipping Details: flooring orders typically ship by the next business day from our San Francisco or Los Angeles warehouse. The shipping transit time depends on what region you live in, and ranges from 2 - 7 business days (not including weekends). You will be supplied with a shipment tracking number, and the number for the local shipping terminal, so you can track the shipment. If a delivery appointment is requested, please call the local terminal to schedule your delivery. Be sure to have someone able to lift 50 pounds present at time of delivery, as the boxes need to be moved from the truck to your home. Inside Delivery is usually available for an additional $100.00, and please specify upon ordering.
